While Mondays are a great way to start your week when it comes to moving your body, I often find it can be the only day people workout if they'start Monday.'
Mondays are overwhelming for most people - back to work, kids back to school, the weekend is over and you have to motivate yourself for all the others things in life...let alone a workout.
Tuesdays on the other hand can be the perfect start to your fitness & wellness week!
It just so happens that I have the perfect combination on classes on a Tuesday morning that combine a mix of wellness, strength and fat burning moves that not only helps you move your body but also lifts your mood.
